On Monday, August 11, 2008, more than 25 Touro Law Center alumni attended the Orientation Alumni Reception to welcome this year’s incoming class. All first-year students, both full-time and part-time, kicked off their orientation week with the reception, followed by a welcome ceremony and small-group classes on professionalism and justice.At the reception, our alumni mingled with students, giving advice and encouragement for the years ahead. Many shared success stories and reflected upon their own first days at Touro Law Center. A special thanks to all of those alumni who participated and helped welcome our new class of first-year students!
