Robert Kronenberg '03 Named February Alum of the Month



Touro Law Center's Office of Development, Alumni Relations and Communications is proud to announce that Robert Kronenberg ’03 has been selected as the alum of the month for February 2010.

Rob Kronenberg has his own law practice located in Hauppauge, N.Y. which is devoted primarily to the areas of Criminal Defense, Education Law, Civil Service Law, Employment Discrimination, Employment Law and Labor Law. He is a former New York City Police Captain and graduated from Touro Law Center in 2003, magna cum laude, third in his class. While a student at Touro Law, he served as an editor on the Touro Law Review and as a Criminal Law teaching assistant. He received the Oral Advocacy Award and the Award for Academic Excellence in Criminal Law, Torts, Property, Remedies and Criminal Procedure law. He has taken and passed the Bar Examinations of four states on the first attempt. Mr. Kronenberg has lectured extensively for the past 12 years in the following areas: Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, New York State Penal Law and Police Procedures. He is a member of Touro Law Center’s Alumni Council, currently serves as Second Vice President on the Executive Board of the Alumni Association and serves as a mentor for students in Touro Law Center’s Upper-Division and First-Year Student-Alumni Mentor Program. In addition, he has attended a number of receptions for current and accepted students, was a guest speaker for the Boardroom Speaker Series – Student Alumni Roundtable Discussion on criminal law, and helps judge intra-school competitions.
